| How it works: |
| 1. | Host-it provide a virtual server for the customer to use. |
|
| 2. | Host-it setup the requested users on the server. |
|
| 3. | End user customer supplies us with their copy of QuickBooks, we then load and activate on the server. |
|
| 4. | We restore the backup of their accounts into this QuickBooks instance. |
|
| 5. | The customer can then connect using an SSL based VPN or remote desktop, depending on their preference.
|
|
| 6. | They can print to PDF, directly to their local machine and onto a local printer. |
|
| 7. | The server data is backed up nightly on our offsite backup server. |
|
| 8. | The virtual server is backed up once a week as well. |
|
